For private landlords, listing a property costs £10, and it will stay live for 7 days. For estate agents or landlords with multiple properties, we offer a £300/month subscription, which allows you to list an unlimited number of properties.  

Yes, when you submit your property listing, an account is automatically created for you. This makes it easy for you to manage and update your listing later. It’s a simple process.

Account and Listings Management

Once you submit your property, an account is automatically created for you using your email or phone number. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with a link to access your account, where you can manage, update, or remove your listing.

If you’ve paid the £10 one-time fee, your property will be listed for 7 days. If you subscribe to the £300/month plan, your listings will stay live for as long as your subscription is active, with unlimited listings.

You can easily cancel your subscription by logging into your account and accessing the Admin Dashboard. From there, go to the Subscription Settings and select Cancel Subscription. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period, after which it will not renew.
