4. Subscription and Fees

• Private Landlords can list a property for £10, which will remain active for 7 days.
• Estate Agents and Multi-Property Landlords may subscribe to our £300/month plan, which allows for unlimited listings.
• Subscription payments are non-refundable. Once you have subscribed, you are responsible for cancelling your subscription before the renewal date. Refunds will not be provided for forgetting to unsubscribe.
• Cancellation of a subscription must be done via the Admin Dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the billing cycle.

5. No Refund Policy

• By subscribing to Rent in Southall, you agree that all fees paid are non-refundable.
• If you forget to cancel your subscription, you will not be entitled to any refund. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances once the payment is processed.

6. Intellectual Property

• All content on Rent in Southall, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the intellectual property of Beeran Media LTD. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the site without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Links and Data Sharing
